This successful programme continues to unearth talented young
entrepreneurs and 2015 was no exception. Engen Pitch and Polish
is aligned with the National Development Plan which identifies
small, medium and micro enterprises as critical for job creation.
The ultimate outcome of this is highly-capable small businesses
that become a catalyst in job creation, innovation and poverty
reduction.
Lastly, R47.2 m was spent on enterprise development in 2016 and R19.9 m (2015)
Enterprise Development (number of businesses reached) 3 902 (2016)
2 764 (2015).
