Aurecon assists with mentoring and coaching enterprise development beneficiaries. Aurecon also provided financial support to the value of more than R7 million to some SMME’s through Cadiz.
Providing ongoing skills development and assistance to SMMEs
Aurecon believes that much of a company’s success lies in skills development and contribution to the communities in which it operates.
In line with this, Aurecon provided training to SMMEs that are registered as suppliers on our vendor management system.
Leadership development training for Boitshoko and E-Square
Aurecon recently provided a valuable training opportunity to two of our Enterprise Development beneficiaries: Boitshoko and E-Square.
The training was titled ‘Investment in Excellence’ and focused on enhancing the dynamic interchange among management and staff by equipping senior managers with necessary leadership skills.
