We have invested in Black Women Owned Exempt micro enterprises and have successfully coached and mentored these emerging Black entrants to participate in the mainstream economy. We are also exploring several enterprise development initiatives in the mining sector.
We strive to align our procurement policies with our BBBEE policies, and source products from BBBEE compliant businesses. To date, over 90% of our procurement spend is with BBBEE compliant companies. Our Level 2 ranking also means that for every R100 that our clients spend with us, they can claim back R125 in procurement value on their BEE assessment scorecard.
