International Relations and Cooperation on media accreditation for 37th SADC Summit

 

Media accreditation for the 37th SADC Summit in Pretoria

South Africa will assume the role of Chair of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) in August 2017, taking over from the Kingdom of Swaziland. The country will host the 37th Ordinary SADC Summit of Heads of State and Government from 9th – 20th August 2017 in Pretoria. The summit will take place under the theme: “Partnering with the private sector in developing industry and regional value-chains”.

The summit, which will take place on 19 – 20 August, will be preceded by the Senior Officials’ Meeting on 11 – 14 August, Ministerial Meeting on 16 August and the Double Troika on 18 August. All the meetings will take place at the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO), O R Tambo Building in Pretoria.

Members of the media are invited to apply for accreditation by filling out the form in the following link http://www.gcis.gov.za/content/media-registration.

NB: All fields in the template need to be completed for successful accreditation. The deadline is 14 July 2017.
