The aim of the above initiative
Ernst & Young is committed to maintaining a diverse supplier base and building relationships with suppliers who reflect the market, clients and communities we serve. We seek to actively identify, develop and do business with diverse suppliers as an integral component of our strategic sourcing and procurement activity.
Through our supplier diversity initiative, we seek small businesses and businesses owned by minorities, women, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people, disabled veterans, and people with disabilities that can enhance our competitive advantage as well as provide innovative and cost-effective services for our clients.
